Ignoring them will risk termination of your rent and you will NOT be refunded!!!

M&K ALL STORES reserves the rights to refuse service. Prices and availability are subject to change. Rules change and update as I see issues come up.

Rent is Prepaid and NON REFUNDABLE. This includes Renting a shop and not reading the Rules, then finding out we do not allow something you want to set out.
Reading the RULES is your responsibility, Not ours, therefore it is your mistake!!

Prims and Prices:

-1 week minimum rent
-Minimum 40 prims
-5 L$ = 1 prim

Normal shop ground and first floor:

-40 prims = 200 L$/week
-50 prims = 250 L$/week
-60 prims = 300L$/week
-70 prims = 350L$/week

If you want more its possible.

Big shop ground:

100 prims = 500 L$/week

If you want more its possible.

Importante Information  :

*Shop Keepers that are Evicted from the mall due to lack of payment by the 2rd day grace period will be Removed and Banned from the Rental Station (not the sim).

*To avoid having your shop removed, Pay rent on time.

*If there is an emergency and you will not be able to access a computer for a long period of time, you must either cover your rent or Contact Mistakilla Loon or Kayliahh Fellini .

Rules For the shop :

*VENDORS MUST BE APPROVED! Do not switch your vendors from approved ones to non approved ones in the middle of your rent time. We know our mall, we live here, get them approved! Switching Vendors without approval Risk the termination of your rent and No Refunds will be given. Each renter can use 15 active script maximum so 0.2Ms maximum ,
If you use more we can removed you're shop and dont refund .

* Floating text is forbiden on the vendor and simple panels.

* Sales of Freebies
* Timer
*Online Indicators & Visitor counters.
*Automatic Daily Emails.
*Temporary rez Objects on a timer.
*Constant Particles.
*Constant Sounds.
*Constant Rotating Objects. (slow rotation must be approved)
*Spamming Vendors.
*Sensors.

You are all grown adults with responsibilities, renting a shop does not mean you own the sim nor grant you the right to do what ever you want in it.We try to keep the sim peaceful and lag free.

1. You MUST Set your items to M&K Ghetto Gang group (Auto Return is on) this is an invitation only group, please contact Mistakilla Loon Or Kayliahh Fellini for an add .

2. Please stay in the PRIM LIMITS to avoid termination of Rent. We do Prim count weekly!

3. NO PARTICLES- this includes online notifiers with particles temporary Demo's are acceptable for those who sell particles.

4. NO TIMERS -things that keep time, including picture viewers, email, and remote updates.

5. NO AUTO PLAY OR RUNNING SOUNDS - temporary Demo's are acceptable for those who sell sounds.

6. Absolutely NO 3D Vendor machines, they ghost and lag. NO EXCEPTIONS

7. Absolutely No Casino Machines in your Merchants Stalls!

8 . Absolutly no sales of Freebies in you're shop .

9. Vendors that we do not accept : (Subject to change and Be Added )

       Old MVG's

I have heard it all and I am always asked why I don't allow them. I don't need to explain myself any longer and I DON'T care that half of SL uses any of those etc etc. Answer will always be NO. My simple explanation is I don't endorse products I do not trust or run high on listeners.

This is a Private Sim, we will do the best we can to keep lag off it which is hard to do with so many merchants, so please follow the rules. We work hard for you to keep a nice sim with high sales in your favor. It is a Fact people do not like to shop in laggy Malls, don't lag us down. We will notify you if any of these rules are broken, you will have 48 hours to fix it or your object will be returned .
